This is a dry vegetable. You can vary the methi content as per your taste.
Ingredients
4-5 cups chopped Methi/fenugreek
1 cup chopped onion
4 medium size potatoes
4-5 green chillies
¼ tsp garam masala
4-5 garlic cloves
Oil
Salt as per taste
¼ tsp Haldi powder
Method
1) Peel potatoes and cut into finger chips and deep-fry these chips. Keep aside.
2) Grind chillies and garlic.
3) Heat oil in a kadai, add chilli-garlic paste, add onion, stir-fry onion till they turn
translucent, add chopped Methi, salt, Haldi powder, mix & cover the kadai, lower the
heat and cook.
4) Add fried potato finger chips, mix and it's ready to serve.
