Puri
Puris are typically served with aloo sabji and mango pickle.                       

Quantity 25 Puris

Ingredients
4 cups Wheat flour
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp sugar
2 tbsp hot oil
Oil for frying

Method
1) Mix wheat flour, salt, sugar, 2 tbsp hot oil, add a little water and knead into a hard dough.
2) Divide the dough into equal (about 25) balls.
3) Roll each ball into a round shape (about 2-3 inch diameter).
4) Heat oil in a kadai and deep-fry on a medium flame till the puri turns pinkish.
