Dhirades look like dosas, but are healthier and as delicious to eat.
Ingredients
2 cups Dhirade flour
2 tbsp Fresh green coriander (chopped)
2 tsp minced Green chillies
2 tsp Garlic paste
Salt as per taste.
Optional - (Finely chopped onion or tomato or spinach)
Method
- Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Add water little by little into the bowl and keep mixing thoroughly. Make sure that lumps do not form. The batter should have a sauce like consistency.
- Heat a tawa and grease it with a little oil; spread a deep spoonful of batter on the tawa.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of oil around it, when the base is crisp and golden, turn over and cook the other side, till it also turns crisp & golden.
- Serve hot with green chutney or curd or tomato sauce.
Repeat the process till all the batter is used.
