This is the mixture to make dhirade. It stays good at room temperature for 2 months.
Ingredients
1 kg rice
¼ kg chana dal
1 cup split black gram/urad dal
½ cup jeera
½ cup fenugreek seeds/methi dana
¼ cup tur dal
¼ cup Moong/ green split dal
Method
Grind all ingredients to a coarse powder and store in an airtight container.
