Kadai – A deep wok made of aluminium or steel, used for making almost all the veggies , snacks and deep fried dishes.
Tawa – A thick-flat pan, used to make Indian bread like rotis, paranthas, chapattis.
Thali – Is a usually stainless steel plate.A glass or bone china plate can also be used
Patila – Is a large bowl, a thin bottom vessel.
Tandoor – Is a traditional clay oven fired by charcoal. Used for baking breads like Naan and Tandoori roti and for roasting meat, vegetables, and paneer. The charcoal fire gives a smoked flavour to the dish.
