Ingredients-
Whole wheat- 1 cup
Rice-2 cups
Jowar-2 cups
Bajra- 3 cups
Black chana- ¾ cup
Black gram- ¾ cup
Coriander seeds- ¾ cup
Method-
1) Dry roast, (crisp) the ingredients separately.
2) Cool, mix and grind to a coarse powder.
3) It can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 4 months.
