Ingredients:
1) 2 tbsp eachTur Dal (Pigeon Pea), Moong Dal (Mung Beans), Wal (Fava),Masur
(Lentil)
2) 1 Bunch of Methi leaves (Fenugreek)
3) 1 Onion,1 Potato,1 Tomato
4)A small piece of Lal Bhopala (Pumpkin)
5) Oil or Ghee
6) 8 Garlic Clove,1 Small piece of Ginger,5 Red Chillies,5 Black Peppers,
4 Cloves,4 Cardamoms,2 pieces of Cinnamon, ½ Tea Spoon of Turmeric
Powder,1 Table Spoon Coriander, 1 Table Spoon Cumin Seeds,
1 Tea Spoon Ova(Carom Seed. Grind all the spices
Preparation:
▪ Soak all the vegetable for 02 Hours
▪ Cook with vegetables till they become soft
▪ Mash all cooked mixture except Tomatoes
▪ Heat Oil or Ghee in Kadai
▪ Saute ground spices for 02 to 03 minutes
▪ Peel cooked tomatoes and add them to the spices
▪ Add mashed potatoes and vegetables
▪ Add salt for taste
▪ Cook for five minutes on low flame till it becomes thick
Serve hot with Chapatis or Brown Rice.
