Eggless Walnut Brownie
You can replace the walnuts with cashewnuts or your choice of nuts

Serves 8-9 persons

Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp white vinegar
1 1/2 cup plain flour/maida
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp coffee powder
1 cup sugar (powdered)
1/2 cup refined oil
1/2 cup walnuts (cut in half)
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 small tsp soda
1 tbsp ghee or butter

Method
1) Add vinegar to the milk (Milk should be at room temperature). Mix well and keep aside.
2) In a large bowl, mix maida, sugar, cocoa powder and coffee together. Add soda to this mixture and mix it well. 
3) Make a hole in the centre of the mixture and pour oil in it. Mix it into the mixture.
4) Now add the curdled milk to it, 2-3 tbsps at a time, and keep mixing. Add walnuts and vanilla essence and mix  together again .
5) Grease a square or rectangular baking dish with ghee or butter. Pour the brownie mix in it.
6) Bake in a pre-heated oven at 210 C for 40 minutes.
7) Serve with vanilla ice-cream and chocolate sauce.
