Ingredients
1/2 kg Pomfret/Surmai fillets
2 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp dhania powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste
Oil for frying
1 cup rawa/sooji
Method
1) Mix all the masalas in a bowl
2) Put the fish fillets in the bowl and make sure that the masala mixture covers all the pieces
3) Take rawa in a plate and dip the fish fillets to cover both sides
4) Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan and shallow-dry both sides of the fish well. Serve hot
