The one summer fruit which is on everyone's list of favourites is Mangoes! Raw Mangoes are green and very sour and can be transformed into (slurp..) Panha - a deliciously cool beverage! They can also be cooked in interesting ways to create accompaniments to your meal. Ripe luscious mangoes are sweet and can be had as they are.. or converted into yummy desserts. These are healthy and nutritious especially when you find there are no veggies left for tomorrow's lunch. You can make a lovely curry with these pulses that goes well with both rice and roti, but esp with rice!
